    Sacraments

The saving words and deeds of Jesus Christ are the foundation of what he would communicate in the Sacraments through the ministers of the Church.  Guided by the Holy Spirit, the Church recognizes the existence of Seven Sacraments instituted by the Lord.  They are the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, the Eucharist), the Sacraments of Healing (Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick), and the Sacraments of Service (Matrimony and Holy Orders).  Through the Sacraments, God shares his holiness with us so that we, in turn, can make the world holier.  -USCCB

    Liturgical Ministry

Liturgical ministry is an excellent opportunity to fulfill your baptismal call of service to one another.  This is a wonderful way to utilize the talents and gifts that God has given us.  Whether participation is through "behind the scenes" preparation and planning or through a public role of service within the Mass, parishioner contributions help our liturgies to be a more lively and life-giving celebrations.
