Write your name and parishioner envelope number on it. Select a ministry to benefit from the parish's portion, if you wish. Place your money ($2) in the envelope and put it in the collection basket. Note: This is not a donation. |

What ministries can be chosen?
- Religious Education Needs
- School Scholarship Fund
- St. Vincent de Paul
When you select the ministry you prefer, the envelopes will be tallied each week. At the end of the fiscal year, whatever the percentage each ministry received for that year will determine the distribution.
Note: Distribution is not determined weekly nor is it determined by the winner's selection.
Then what happens?
On Tuesday morning, a number from all of the envelopes assigned to registered parishioners will be drawn.
If the number drawn matches an envelope that was played, we have a winner who will receive 50% of the pot. The other 50% goes to the ministries.
If the number drawn does not match an envelope played, the monies roll over to the next week's pot.
When the pot reaches $1,000, numbers will be drawn until we have a winner. If the pot is more than $1,000, the amount over $1,000 will roll over to the next week. The winner will receive 50% of the pot up to $500.
The number drawn will be published in the bulletin the following week.
